Establishment of a committee to deal with defamatory, stalking and other offensive behaviour


In the near future, VSPO! (hereinafter referred to as "the Project"). (hereinafter referred to as "the Project"), we have received a lot of feedback and comments. All of these comments, whether positive or critical, are valuable and important for the betterment of the Project. It is with this in mind that we will continue to work hard to improve the project.

However, unfortunately, there have been a certain number of acts which cannot be called opinions or comments, which involve invasion of privacy or slander based on unfounded speculation, and which can only be judged as malicious attacks on our team members, celebrities, employees and other related companies and people. We are aware that there have been a number of attacks by a small number of people. We believe that this is an extremely serious problem that must not be overlooked, as the offensive actions of a small number of people can aggravate the environment surrounding the industry and greatly hinder its growth by preventing many other people from legitimate fan activities and the creation of attractive characters and content.

Therefore, Virtual Entertainment Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established the "Anti-Defamation Committee" (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee") with the following members, including the Company's legal counsel, in order to protect the rights of the Company's team members, talents and employees (hereinafter referred to as "the Members") who support this project from such offensive acts of defamation and invasion of privacy. In order to protect the rights of the Project's team members, talent and employees (the "Members") from such acts of defamation, invasion of privacy and other forms of aggression, the following members, including the Company's legal advisor, have formed the "Anti-Defamation Committee" (the "Committee").   • In order to prevent damage caused by slanderous acts, invasion of privacy, and other offensive acts against members and others in the future, when we become aware of such acts, we will discuss them at any time with the countermeasure committee, and based on the results of the discussion, we will promptly implement necessary measures, including civil legal measures such as requests for disclosure of sender's information and claims for damages, and criminal legal measures such as filing a complaint and report of damage to the police and prosecutors. In the event of any such incident, the Countermeasures Committee will consult as necessary and, based on the results of such consultations, take the necessary measures, including civil legal measures such as requests for disclosure of sender information and compensation for damages, and criminal legal measures such as filing a complaint or damage report with the police and prosecutors. At the same time, we will do our utmost to care for those members who have been affected.

    In order to implement these measures, we have set up the following consultation and reporting contact point for offensive behaviour, in order to ask fans and other interested parties to provide us with information. The following is the definition of "offensive behaviour towards members", which will be the subject of discussion and action by the Task Force, and we would be grateful if anyone who finds offensive behaviour could provide information to the Company via the offensive behaviour consultation and reporting contact below.

  • Infringement of the honor, credit, image, privacy or other rights or interests of the Member (including acts that directly or indirectly cause such infringement, such as slander beyond the realm of opinion or commentary, or the spread of the Member's privacy information).
  • Any action which may cause fear or sexual embarrassment to members.
  • Dissemination of false or misleading information about Members or the Company based on unsubstantiated speculation.
  • Stalking and ambushes
  • Requests for visits or companionship
  • Any act of announcing harm to life, body, liberty, reputation or property.
  • Acts that are extremely coarse or violent or that promote discrimination.

  • Sending information that contains computer viruses or other harmful computer programs to Members.
